Pritzker to put extra $500 million into Illinois pension funds

Sheila's note:  The State Actuary's Report noted that $10.67 billion while calculated using  assumptions established by the Illinois Pension Code, that method 'does not adequately fund the systems, back loading contirbutions and targeting the accumulated of assets euqal to 90% of the actuarial liability in the year 2045.'"
