By Scott Rasmussen, includes “… On a percentage basis, the biggest increases were found in Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.” (Note: Excepting Alaska, the latest average TIA Taxpayer Burden for the 15 states losing population was $24,500, compared to an average Taxpayer Burden of just $2,200 for the rest of the states. The four states with the biggest percentage increases in population had an average Taxpayer Surplus of $1,000.)
